Here at Mercy, we C.A.R.E

The Mercy School C.A.R.E. Program

At Mercy School, we believe that character is foundational to academic and spiritual success. Rooted in our Islamic values and the prophetic example of compassion, cooperation, and excellence, our C.A.R.E. Program guides the way we learn, interact, and grow together as a school community.

The C.A.R.E. framework is inspired by our faith’s emphasis on caring for others, building strong character, and treating people with mercy and compassion. These values are integrated into daily teaching, classroom culture, and student relationships.

Celebrating Character in Action

When students exemplify C.A.R.E. qualities, we celebrate and reward them through:

  • Positive recognition and shout-outs

  • Classroom celebrations

  • School-wide acknowledgments

  • Character awards and monthly highlights

These recognitions reinforce the importance of good character and motivate students to continue growing.

A Staff That Truly C.A.R.E.s

Our teachers and staff model these values every day. They:

  • Cooperate with families & exemplify good Character

  • Show a positive and nurturing Attitude & encourage students to Achieve their goals

  • Treat every child with Respect

  • Put in consistent Effort to support each student’s success

Because at Mercy School, C.A.R.E. isn’t just a program, it’s our culture. It is how we teach, how we learn, and how we live our faith every day.
